Landmark Homebuilders was established in 1994. Chuck Jorgensen, Founder, had a passion for building and design at an early age. From creative concepts to captivating visuals, Chuck could build most anything he set his mind to. This desire led him to enter the homebuilding industry shortly after college. With a BBA in Management from UT Austin, Chuck worked for a number of area homebuilders, including Pulte and Cascade Homes. His ideas and vital input were reflected in numerous homes and projects that are still standing today.

Chuck then worked as a Construction Project Manager for American Classic Homes, which further cemented his skills as a top homebuilder in Houston and adjacent areas. With strong local roots, he believes in honesty, integrity, and complete value for customers and clients. This means utilizing the finest and sturdiest materials on the market for each and every client. These essential factors serve as the backbone for Landmark Homebuilders, which is regionally renowned for its custom homes and commercial projects.

Chuck is happily married with two kids, and grew up in the Memorial area. With deep roots in Houston, he is also a member of the GHBA, TAB, and NAHB. From traditional to contemporary projects, Chuck builds homes that will be cherished for generations to come.
